A new charitable organisation has been formed to carry on the work of Missionary Outreach. This new charitable organisation is called Missionary Outreach Ministries and includes some of the same personnel. Missionary Outreach has stopped fundraising and will close. We are delighted that the work will continue. We want to thank those who have supported us in the past and we encourage you to support the work of the new charitable organisation going forward.

Since 2002 Missionary Outreach has been, providing funding for humanitarian works. Over the last few years, we have become increasingly involved in hands-on project planning and development. At this point in time we are engaged in a new community development project in Liberia, West Africa. Missionary Outreach seeks to respond to the desperate needs which we have encountered there.

Our work in Liberia involves us in a number of wide-ranging integrated projects. We are seeking to address the needs of a complete community, not only with short term improvements, such as refurbishing orphanages and schools, but also with a long term self-sustaining programme of new schools, water & sanitation, and agricultural training schemes.

Liberia has suffered from decades of internal conflict, wars and exploitation, leaving a devastated country in its wake and vast numbers of the population impoverished and in desperate need of basic human necessities.

The work we have undertaken has made a tremendous difference to the community it serves, already providing clean water, sanitation, accommodation and schooling for orphaned children.
